Kroll is looking for a Credit and Collections Specialist to support their Finance teams in the U.S.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
- Contact clients by email to recover debt
- Consistently handle customer inquiries
- Maintain records by keeping detailed communications and actions taken during the collection process
- Reporting and analysis of debt
Essential Traits:
- 5+ years of experience in Credit and Collections, or a similar role is required
- B2B specific experience is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of collection techniques and strong customer services skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and our clients

Salary range for this role is $50,000 - $90,000
