Kroll is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Expert Services practice in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will provide independent expert analysis and investigative support in complex disputes involving major construction and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project controls, contract administration, and claims management, with experience on large-scale construction and infrastructure developments. Will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze project performance, assess contractual issues, and support dispute resolution processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct independent expert analyses relating to construction and infrastructure disputes.

• Review and evaluate project records, contracts, and cost data.

• Develop case documentation, chronologies, and evidentiary analyses to support claims and dispute proceedings.

• Participate in the preparation of expert reports and arbitration support materials.

• Support dispute resolution, mediation, adjudication, and arbitration processes.

Essential Traits

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in project controls, contract administration, or related disciplines within the construction and infrastructure sector.

• Demonstrated experience in claims preparation, evaluation, and contract management.

• Exposure to dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in chronology development, document review, and quantum analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
