The Operations Associate will support the sales lifecycle by ensuring accurate CRM management, efficient order processing, contract administration, and case management. This role acts as a critical liaison between sales, legal, finance, and operational teams to maintain data integrity, facilitate customer engagements, and ensure seamless execution of operational processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, process compliance, stakeholder management, and expertise in Salesforce CRM.
Role & Responsibilities:
Operations & CRM Management
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM records, including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Leads.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales tracking, pipeline management, and data integrity within Salesforce.
- Monitor CRM data quality and resolve discrepancies to support effective sales reporting and forecasting.
- Support sales teams with Salesforce/CRM-related activities and process adherence.
Contract Management
- Draft customer contracts, statements of work, and related sales documentation.
- Perform contract redlining and coordinate revisions with legal and business stakeholders.
- Maintain contract records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Order Processing & Case Management
- Manage sales-related cases and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Process Executed contracts and opportunities within Salesforce.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to facilitate business processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries related to contracts, cases, and CRM records.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Prerequisites & qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, although comparable experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales operations or account management in a technology field preferred.
- Experience with contract management systems and the contracting lifecycle.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills are essential to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed to interact effectively with the stakeholders across the organization.
- A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to take ownership, offer solutions, and drive tasks to completion.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite is required for daily operational tasks.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software systems
- Must be willing to work in a US Time Zone
Team members will participate in the weekend on-call rotation at least once per month.
