Crisp provides 24/7/365 early-warning risk intelligence as a service for leading brands, global enterprises and social media platforms, providing customers with a real-time risk defense, with intelligence and compliance solutions guaranteed to ensure our customers are always the first to know and act. These risks can take many forms, including activist attacks, hate speech, threats, fake news, false rumors, illegal content, compliance failures and many more. Fueled by the increased popularity of closed social media groups and messaging apps, this harmful content can now spread virally, at scale before it reaches mainstream media channels.
Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Identifying and writing Flash Reports
● Identifying and writing Weekly Intelligence Reports
● Research and write recurring reports as resourced
● Research and write PSI/SIR as resourced
● Support completion of/ input to calibration call output as requested by SME/Lead
● Supporting the writers of Flash Reports when requested for specialist knowledge/
language
● Sharing feedback from client calls ( risk area focused)
● Provides cover in multiple verticals when needed
● Completing accurate moderation in line with client policies as assigned
Essential Traits:
- Able to apply knowledge of a risk into the areas of interest for the business. E.g. Hate across Trust and Safety clients, how it functions online.
- Able to record/ share data with confidence. e.g. recoding video IDs in a spreadsheet for client or making a list of useful terms for another team member
- Able to look ahead and around for potential issues/risks for our clients. Not just being reactive, but fundamentally proactive.
- Able to build up resources and techniques which enable quick and effective insight into a broad spectrum of issues/ risk. Can include regional knowledge if fluent in languages/ experiences of geographical area.
- Experience within an intelligence/ reporting team - data collection, analysis, or intelligence operations is valuable, whether in cybersecurity, law enforcement, military intelligence, or corporate intelligence.
- Additional languages on top of fluency in English
- Certifications in any Open Source Intelligence or strategic analytical training to demonstrate specialized skills in OSINT methodologies
