Monitor and evaluate internal and external risk factors, escalating and informing relevant stakeholders about risk events while resolving issues independently when appropriate. Act as a communications hub for the crisis and incident response team, coordinating with external risk management partners and providing initial emergency response support, including communications centralization and reporting. Provide High-Risk Country Travel Advisories and conduct intelligence assessments for regional special events as necessary. Monitor real-time data and news for actionable intelligence impacting our clients assets, including severe weather, civil unrest, protests, and traffic disruptions, while researching emerging threats in the APAC region. Oversee traveller accountability and provide credentialing support for APAC offices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel during incidents.
1-3 years of proven experience in security analysis, risk management, crisis response, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with a good investigative mindset and the ability to assess and prioritize risks. Excellent communication and coordination abilities, coupled with a sense of urgency and reactiveness in high-pressure situations. Proficient in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), researching and report writing. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure. Familiarity with travel safety protocols and risk assessment methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in document creation, communication, and collaboration.
