Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Discovery & Analytics practice in Brazil. This role will support the delivery of complex, cross-border eDiscovery and data analytics engagements across investigations, litigation, regulatory matters, and data breach response.
This position will serve as a key contributor within the regional team, combining hands-on eDiscovery execution with client-facing responsibilities. The Senior Associate will work closely with global teams (U.S. and EMEA) and regional leadership to deliver high-quality, defensible outcomes, while helping to build and scale Kroll’s Discovery & Analytics capabilities in Brazil and the broader LATAM market.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Execute eDiscovery workflows including data processing, hosting, analytics, review support, and production.
Configure and administer RelativityOne workspaces, including permissions, workflows, searches, and quality control processes.
Support cross-border matters, including projects involving LGPD, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and review teams.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in delivery standards and best practices.
Assist with client communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and workflow discussions.
Support data collections (remote/cloud-based) and coordination across jurisdictions.
Contribute to documentation of workflows, procedures, and matter-specific requirements.
Assist with reporting, tracking, and matter close-out activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including training, automation, and operational efficiencies.
Essential Traits & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Typically 3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, digital investigations, or related areas.
Strong working knowledge of Relativity (RelativityOne preferred) and core eDiscovery workflows.
Experience supporting cross-border matters and data privacy considerations (LGPD strongly preferred).
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) required; Spanish is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to defensibility and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and manage competing priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in global team environments.
