Actively participate in clients’ compliance, risk and governance committees, presenting audit findings, internal control conclusions and ensuring effective follow-up of remediation actions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, value-added solutions and actionable recommendations.

Provide people leadership, including team management, career coaching, onboarding and mentoring of new joiners, delivery of internal training, and active participation in recruitment initiatives.
Oversee the economic performance of engagements, including budgeting, pricing, invoicing, and participation in commercial negotiations to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
