Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist with live mandates by creating marketing materials, operating models, and handle day-to-day communication with clients, including virtual data room management.
- Also assist in client prospecting by creating pitch decks and valuation models along with driving industry thought pieces and similar marketing collateral. Ensure high quality of client deliverables by demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Mentor and develop both experienced and incoming analysts.
- Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit.
Applicant Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 2-3 years of direct M&A (or highly relevant) experience or MBA with at least 1 year of direct M&A (or highly relevant) experience
- Active FINRA Series 79 and 63 certifications
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint along with other financial industry tools
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated self-starter with proven experience working both individually and in a team setting

The current salary range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000
