Our Restructuring practices’ aim is to provide effective solutions to its clients. Our clients include major high street banks, asset-based lenders, private equity houses, accountants, solicitors, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, corporates and individuals. We are tasked with offering transaction and advisory services along with expert guidance to both domestic and foreign organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.
We are seeking a Manager to support in the delivery of the firm’s restructuring services. Typical assignments will include research and related business development initiatives including pitchbook development, proposal support for global restructuring situations. The candidate will support the growth of the restructuring business in the Asia & EMEA region. The position will be based in Gurgaon / Delhi office.

Navigating Responsibilities:
- Lead the research for business development and assist in customized proposals for restructuring mandates.
- Review the work of the junior team members, coordinate and manage workflow amongst the team and ensure timely delivery of the proposals and other research initiatives.
- Collaborate and support the global teams with multiple regular and ad hoc research initiatives.
- Maintain and update standardized templates, credentials, and case studies for use across geographies.
- Understanding of public and private databases like Pitchbook, Preqin and Capital IQ is a must.
- Coordinating and working with multiple teams across Kroll to ensure deadlines are met and proactively communicate progress/updates with external stakeholders.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with senior staff on high-level decision-making.

- Ability to develop and drive relationships with individuals from all industries.
- Ability to master new tasks quickly whilst showing strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team consisting of Senior Associates and Analysts.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments.
- Ability to manage rapidly changing assignments and work well under pressure.
- Strong team player and work in a team environment, across multiple mandates.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess and manage risk, deal with ambiguity and understand the commercial drivers of the outcomes of our work
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior exposures to restructuring work is preferred.
- A relevant accounting or investment qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
