Kroll Business Services is seeking a Project Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing projects that connect our Client Services teams with our Technology teams, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with business needs. This role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager and will work under their direction while driving day-to-day execution. The position is based in India but will require working U.S. Eastern business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST) to collaborate effectively with North America teams.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations, and monitor against progress.
  • Gather and document requirements from client services and business stakeholders to ensure clarity for technology teams.
  • Serve as the central point of communication between departments, facilitating effective collaboration across Client Services, Technology, Operations, and other business units.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure clear and timely status reporting to stakeholders, translating technical updates into business-friendly language.
  • Lead project meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Track and manage changes in scope, adjusting plans and communicating impacts appropriately.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in maintaining and improving project management standards, templates, and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and follow-through, ensuring project commitments are met and client expectations are managed effectively.

Essential traits:

Must have

  • 5+ years of project management experience in technology, professional services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining in-depth project plans.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project meetings and driving consensus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are a plus, but not required.
