RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Global methodology & cost alignment

  • Drive alignment and standardisation of valuation and cost modelling methodologies across multiple geographies, business units and engagement types.

  • Reconcile and consolidate disparate cost-related data sources that exist across the business, establishing a single, coherent framework for cost benchmarking that aligns with global requirements.

2. Tech-enabled process automation

  • Lead the design, development and deployment of AI-enabled tools that automate and accelerate the valuation process modelling lifecycle, from data ingestion and cost estimation through to final reporting.

  • Work cross-functionally with Kroll's technology and data teams (with technical support available) to specify requirements, test prototypes and scale proven tools across the practice.

  • Leverage generative AI, machine learning and advanced analytics to embed intelligence into valuation workflows, reducing manual effort and enhancing analytical rigour.

  • Champion a culture of digital innovation within the Fixed Assets practice, identifying opportunities where technology can materially improve quality, consistency and profitability of engagements.

3. Data Strategy & Structured Dataset Development

  • Unlock the value of Kroll's extensive historical engagement dataset by leading the conversion of unstructured asset data — accumulated across prior mandates globally — into clean, structured and queryable datasets.

  • Integrate structured datasets into active valuation engagements to improve cost benchmarking, market-rate assumptions and analytical depth, reducing reliance on external data sources.

  • Identify patterns, trends and insights from aggregated engagement data to support knowledge development, proposal writing and thought leadership.

4. People leadership & capability building

  • Upskilling team members by driving tech-enablement across the business

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant experience in valuation, fixed assets, cost modelling or a related advisory discipline.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading process improvement, automation or dataled transformation initiatives.

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link technology initiatives to margin, efficiency and scalability outcomes.

  • Experience working across regions and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Comfort working alongside technology teams, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

  • Recognized technical expertise in valuation or within a specific industry vertical; ability to communicate complex technical issues to senior executives.

  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching, team development, and fostering collaborative culture.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Commitment and aptitude to grow our business and brand

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with maturity and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
