The Position

The Senior Accountant will perform the following functions:

  • Help prepare month-end close calculations and schedules and financial statements for Kroll Issuer Service and Kroll Agency & Trustee Services (“KIS and KATS”)

  • Help manage preparation of monthly reporting package for KIS and KATS

  • Collaborate with service line and divisional leadership to set financial targets and KPIs aligned with the strategic objectives and monitor progress towards achieving them through regular P&L reviews.

  • Help drive service line strategic decision making with a data and insight driven approach

  • Help prepare annual budget for KIS and KATS as well as quarterly reforecasts with thoughtful and informative budget to actual analyses

  • Coordinate and communicate with Kroll Finance and across KBS division to ensure operational success and timely and accurate reporting

  • Prepare documentation and assist with external audit requests

  • Other finance-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Advanced and strong knowledge of English

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent reviewing skills, on hard copy or digital

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus

  • Non-English foreign language capabilities a plus
