As part of the global People function, the People Business Partner II will work with stakeholders within and out with the Philippines to foster a high-performance culture and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for all people-related issues, specifically driving results through ownership and smooth execution of the entire employee lifecycle, including new hire orientation, performance reviews, employee relations, retention strategies and engagement activities.

- At least 10 + years progressive human resources/human capital experience including employee relations.
- Understanding of Philippines Labor Laws and experience of working with different government agencies for labor law compliance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, human resources/human capital or related field preferred.
- Experience in working with overseas stakeholders and onsite team leaders.
- Must possess strong business partnering and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Driven self-starter who can deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a confidential environment is essential.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Possess good judgement and understand when to escalate matters as necessary.
- Experience working with diverse international teams
- Excellent organization skills and time management skills - ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum direction.
- Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
