Our Valuation Services prepares objective valuations for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes. We are seeking a Senior Associate with strong analytical skills and a desire to develop expertise in economic analysis and dispute advisory work. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑profile cases and grow within an expanding and highly regarded team.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you will:

  • Develop and deploy best-in-class economic modelling, including CGE (e.g., GEMPACK, GTAP), Input/Output modelling, regression analysis and forecasting, macroeconomic modelling
  • Develop supporting code to establish supporting modules tailored to client requirements (e.g., to understand firm-specific effects) and develop templates for efficient model runs
  • Produce reliable outputs in a consistent and accessible format, including presentations and dashboards, translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights
  • Gather, cleanse and refine data inputs from various sources (e.g., national statistical offices, OECE, World Bank) for model population on an ongoing basis, to ensure the models remain up-to-date.
  • Ensure the Kroll modelling suite remains up-to-date and best in class, including demonstrating its performance through comparative analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling data visualizations and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proactively stay informed of industry best practices and emerging tools through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Work with Kroll engagement teams to identify and implement economics solutions, both on economics-specific engagements and working collaboratively with other Kroll teams

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree (MSc) in Economics, Econometrics or a closely related discipline
  • 2–3 years’ experience working as an economist within a consultancy, corporate, regulatory body or similar environment
  • Strong economic modelling and quantitative analysis skills, including experience working with datasets and applying statistical and econometric techniques
  • Ability to research and interpret economic, market and regulatory developments
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to contribute to high‑quality reports and analysis
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
