Build client relationships and act as liaison on the trading related correspondence between internal and external parties Complete the Deal “Salability Checklist” (DSC), including: Reviewing SFA/Credit Agreements for completeness, safekeeping, and proper logging. Conducting fee reconciliation and ensuring agent-level documentation is in order. Performing KYC and compliance checks for new lenders. Verifying Standard Settlement Instructions and legal documentation for accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date lender position records. Resolve lender queries and position discrepancies promptly. Maintain and update lender credit contacts via Debt Domain. Be able to run reconciliation and fee reports to ensure data integrity.
Decipher transfer fee applicability clauses and communicate concisely to clients for settlement. Manage post-closing invoices from third-party providers, reconciling discrepancies. Handle both closing and ongoing invoices with precision and transparency.
Uphold and champion organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and a proactive approach in all tasks. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, balancing risk management with business objectives. Ensure robust process controls and continuous improvement in operational workflows. Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or equivalent experience is essential.
Hands-on experience with loan systems such as Loan IQ, ClearPar, Loan Processor, and loan reconciliations, Salesforce.
