We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate for our newly established Vendor Management Office (VMO), you will ensure accurate information and data management and reporting for outsourced back-office services (IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Commercial). This role focuses on delivery and obligations data management and reporting. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of contact delivery items are required to support delivery.
The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage data and tasks related to monthly vendor Delivery & Obligations reporting.
Gather, review, and prepare data for reviews and compliance checks.
Audit vendor-provided source data for accuracy.
Package approved data for review by business and finance teams.
Track info submissions, reviews, and resolutions.
Maintain a formal library of historical data and info and ensure information governance.
Adhere to schedules, processes, guidelines, and tool requirements.
Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and guidelines.
Requirements
4+ years in contract D&O management in professional services environments. Back-office shared services and vendor/BPO experience is a plus.
Data analytics, audit, compliance, review, and reporting team member experience.
Strong Excel expertise: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MATCH, Macros/VBA. Nice to have: Dynamic Dashboards, SQL knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, finance, accounting, or related).
