Responsibilities:

• Support functional testing efforts by documenting test cases and scenarios across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, ORC, Absence, etc.).
• Assist in automating test cases for Oracle HCM modules using ACCELQ.
• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business processes.
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and logs.
• Help track testing progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of software testing and automation tools.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM is a plus.
