Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to managers upon request.
- Addressing and solving problems as they occur.
- Responding promptly to incoming requests from the Core team.
- Managing daily invoicing for investigators (ICs).
- Conducting research as requested by the team.
- Maintaining professionalism and courtesy in all communications, both written and verbal.
