Undertake highly technical advisory projects under Director & partner supervision Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff Advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients
Demonstrable work experience in related accounting or finance fields Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBA Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers CPA is strongly preferred Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills Proven written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel Flexibility to travel, as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities Experience working with diverse teams
