We’re looking for an Associate Manager to support our Enterprise Security Risk Management team. As an Associate Manager you will manage a team of analysts in a regional crisis management and intelligence center.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Understand and contribute to all processes Analysts are responsible for
  • Quality control of all issued communications and products drafted by Analyst team
  • Management of operations, scheduling, and evaluation of CMIC performance
  • Collaborate with other CMIC managers and report to Global CMIC manager
  • Collaborate closely with US Office management teams, facilities, and property management to drive effective operations
  • Supervise Analysts who:
    • Monitor real-time data and news to provide actionable intelligence impacting our client’s assets
    • Research and develop detailed assessments on emerging threats across the globe
    • Initial emergency response support; communications centralization and reporting
    • Conduct intelligence assessments for regional special events, as necessary
    • Monitor CCTV and access control systems as required
    • Credentialing support as required

Essential Traits:

  • You should have a strong background in OSINT research and management in a risk monitoring organisation
  • Strong academic background
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on complex coordination, acute attention to detail and ability to forecast operational needs, issues and problems to best plan for success.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and threat management principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations, oftentimes with little notice and potentially outside typical operational hours.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools for project management and coordination.

Salary range for this role is $70,000 - $150,000 USD
